Seaworthy is an Australian outfit working in the field of ambient and post rock music. and chiefly the project of one Cameron Webb (although on some releases they can expand to a trio or more) Matt Rosner is also Australian. and apparently specialises in recycling field recordings. Together. here they create a fine balance of ambient and avant-garde textures. combining and counterpointing tonal and melodic elements with the abstract. The nine tracks vary from totally abstract soundscapes. to melodic ambient. to neo-folk or walls of guitar based sound. An intriguing release.
