REVIEW: MONSIEUR DELIRE (FR)

VISIT Simon Scott’s first release on 12k, but hardly his debut album. Below Sea level is a different kind of experimental ambient music project. It is the result of travels in and reflections on a desolate place: The Fens, in East Anglia (UK), a place Scott had visited as a child. Delicate tracks featuring fine interactions between instrument (mostly electric guitar) and digital treatments. And perfectly in tune with 12k’s soundworld.
