With Hidden Noise makes its debut this June at the Aspen Art Museum. ICI’s latest Exhibition in a Box will be part of a series of programs held over the summer in a temporary pavilion designed by architect Shigeru Ban to mark the site of the museum’s future building.
FourColor’s Keiichi Sugimoto has set up a special website for his new release on 12k, As Pleat. It contains album info, sound samples, tour dates, etc.
The new FourColor album, As Pleat, is officially released this coming Tuesday, May 3rd. We will be launching it, however, tomorrow (April 29th) in our online shop. To get you ready for the release, here’s the first review, courtesy of the UK’s Fluid Radio.
Keith Kenniff’s (aka Helios) label Unseen has recently released a 38-song compilation benefiting the Earthquake Relief Fund set up by the Japan Society of New York. This compilation, For Nihon, features some of the best and brightest artists in our field including Ryuichi Sakamoto, Robin Gutherie, Peter Broderick, Hammock, and Max Richter. It also includes 12k artists Taylor Deupree and Sawako.
There will be a release party in Tokyo for the upcoming FourColor As Pleat album in Tokyo on June 10th.
