hi!

don´t own an ipad (iphone instead) but these ones look funny for mangling:

csgrain:
http://itunes.apple.com/es/app/csgrain/id507812097?mt=8
curtis:
http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/curtis-for-ipad/id384228003?mt=8#

...sometimes I "play" with very simple apps, but they´re basically small sinewave generators like droneo, h.fbk, sixtouchOSC, microtones....some weird ones like noisemusick, sprak...but a few times only

my fav one is spacesampler...a kind of lo-fi recorder/echo. just one know, funny fx :)

best,
pug

Hi pug,

I'm familiar with Curtis from the iPhone app as well as h.fbk, touchOSC, Zones as well as a few others, the ones you've listed are new to me so I'll check them out :)

The cSound csgrain app looks amazing, I can only imagine it will produce some fantastic textures and processed sounds!!

Cheers.

Yup, Csgrain is neat, love it. I also recommend Droneo, Glitchbreaks, Animoog, Chordion, Mugician, Mixtikl and Aeolian Harp, plus Midi controlers like Touchable and Touch OSC, obviously.  :)

Borderlands is really fantastic. I don't have an iPad, but I've compiled a version to run on my laptop and it's a fun and beautiful granular engine.

Edit: Oh, and I almost forgot!... I've never used it, but if you are an OP-1 fan you might want to check out Samplr: http://samplr.net
