few gigs until now...but last weekend was at Primavera Sound (I´m not a very fest-macrofest enthusiast but..maybe I´m getting older?)

codeine, dirty three and shellac shows were intense. the main gig (hampson+mathieu duo) was huge too

Ok, so that show I put on for Concern, Geoff Mullen and Matar Dolores was really great.
Had good fun and was lovely to meet this people.

I also went to see The Soft Moon, Lärm and Julia Holter, but that's about it for what I can remember :P
Must have been more, but guess I said before already that I attend just way too much shows to remember everything.

I saw SND for the first time in my life last night, I've waited 12 years.

Been a huge fan of there work ever since hearing them first on Clicks and Cuts Vol 1 and was totally blown away then.

So was it any good?

I was grinning the whole way through…and was still grinning this morning when I woke up, even now actually, totally mind blowing.

Although I have to say the highlight of the night was spotting Mark Fell just before hoping into his taxi, taking a photo of some graffiti on a school sign, that changed it to 'school…is shit'

Thoroughly enjoyable evening.

Funny...I went to see SunnO))) a few summer backs and left 15 minutes after they started....it was a small second floor club, 90 plus degrees with the humidity making it feel a 100 plus, not to mention it was packed. The fog machine that accompanied Sunn O))) fogged the place out. Couldn't see a thing, ever! So, i thought it pointless to be standing in a packed room filled with fog and my boxer shorts sticking to me. They did sound good, though....

When I left, fog was pouring out the windows which made the building look as if it were on fire.

Let's see, the ones that stick out are Radiohead (Caribou opening), Mogwai, Beach House and Band of Horses/My Morning Jacket.

Last two shows that totally blew my mind where Kim Cascone at STEIM in Amsterdam and Acid Mothers Temple at the OCCII in Amsterdam.

I saw Mono couple weeks ago. Some very sensitive songs, some pretty dull ones, and overall a poor sound on the distorted part ruined the show. Disapointing.
