ordered from you,  on the 17th of april. 3 weeks is not unusual, though. sometimes i think customs officers here in germany listen to all the cd's a few times before they proceed in the process ;-)

just to let you (and everybody ) know:
the simon scott cd + book was in my mailbox today. awesome!
after the slow postal processing of the gareth dickson release (no pun intended since i know that delays like this are absolutely out of your control) it was good to see that ordering overseas still can be a quick, convenient thing.

so thumbs up for 12k, simon scott and the postal service(s).
