A bit vivid compared to a lot of the photos you see here and a little out of focus. But I remember someone mentioning they liked close-ups of flowers and insects, so hopefully this may be of interest.

That was me and love this indeed :-)

I haven't made any "artistic" pictures in a while, if I ever, but been making loads of pictures of my two young cats  ;D

Here I present you Merzbow & Francisco (just two pictures)

speaking of pinholes... the link you shared the other day (matchboxpinhole.com) seems dead simple to reproduce!
however, i consider getting a pinhole lense for my micro four thirds camera. these go for 30€ or so, so no big deal. i'll post pictures when i finally decided to get one!

Cool! Really looking forward to seeing it. Be sure to post it in this thread.

Quality photos everyone.

Also on the subject of pinholes, here's a tutorial on how to create a pinhole lens for a standard SLR with a camera body cap and a couple of other bits and pieces that most people will have lying around at home...

i got one of those pinhole lenses for my micro four thirds camera. first results here (directly from the camera, no processing at all):

shot with 400 iso, and a shutter of 1/8s to 1/15s. you can clearly see that there's only a light vignetting at the borders. unfortunately there seems to be lots of dirt on my sensor... have to see what the camera's manual suggests against this.
