hahhaha Pianos.  you better crank it up if you want to be heard over the bands and crowd.

I'm worried about that but hoping we can harmonize with the space and the crowds. We're also playing in Fort Greene on March 10 in what sounds like a much quieter space...

well I'm OK if you play loud bc I have excellent hearing protection.  it's a fun space (has a bar!).

are you playing at the Presents Gallery?  that's the only venue I've got tabs on in Ft Greene....

I just heard we've been moved to the upstairs space, so reportedly (?) quieter and more enclosed. The March show is at Presents Gallery. Have you played there? I haven't been there but sounds OK on paper

I was thinking of the upstairs space - that is where this series is usually held.

I've managed to miss every concert at Presents but seems to be one of the places for quieter performances these days.

This is an amazing line up. I second Marcus, really wish I could be there and wish you all the best, and come to London to do more shows, or Canada in March :)

these guys just barely beat "dude having a loud hissing fit about the coat check policy" and "bass frequencies from downstairs" for "best sounds of the night."

definitely going to be a more amicable listening environment at the march gig...but really enjoyable set nonetheless.
