Just picked up one of these bad boys earlier in the week. So far, I'm in love. Just curious if anyone else on here had one of these units and might have some friendly tips or suggestions?

Thus far, I'm using it mostly in Step Bend mode and utilizing the envelope section to effectively erase my attack.

i have one and love it. i, too, use the envelopes for shaping, but also in conjunction with the spectral gate. the pitch shifting and filter are the main reasons i got it, and i use those a lot... i haven't really tried the foot pedal modes, just 'cos i'm not a foot pedal user really.

it's a great pedal that has a lot of different features in it.. expensive, but worth it for the variety.. it's a real workhorse.

Every time I try to ditch using the foot pedal, I always feel like I'm missing something from the H.O.G.'s functionality. The "Freeze Gliss" mode in particular just isn't the same...and it's pretty exceptional for creating drones and tonal clouds.

Great pedal, though. The longer I have it the more I like it. Definitely a deep box!
