My software is pretty new still because I've only recently moved to computers from 8 tracks, so probably Logic 8
I do have an old Dell laptop that I don't use anymore but is set up with XP as an 'emergency laptop' just in case my Mac breaks.
Electronic hardware would be a MXR noise gate/line driver
My guitar would be my oldest instrument, a Kramer from about 1971 - back when they were handbuilt and had an aluminium tuning fork neck with a fretboard made out of the same material that they make bowling balls out of.

Oldest software would be Spear
Oldest computer is a MacBook Pro 2 years old
Oldest hardware electronics is a Serge modular panel from the early 80s ( without the paper graphics, back in the DIY days of Serge )
Oldest instrument is my inherited acoustic from my wife's Dad, he won it at a country fair in the late 60's

I was using a 1999 era pc (all scsi - with one of the first 24bit 8 in / 8 out cards Aardvark Aark24 - still have the Aark24 in storage - it doesn't play well with any o/s above win98...) - until around 2006 when it died it's last death.   Was using Sonic Foundry Vegas 2.0 and Fruity Loops 3.0 and good old Rebirth pretty much the whole time.    I'm a once it works - no need to change much person...

but it all died.   :-(

Now - I have an iMac running Logic.   And some NI stuff.    I'm really more of a 'hardware' person.

I have my Korg DSS-1 which I bought in 1988 and probably built in 1987 - I just put that in storage.   I have a Sequential Prophet 600 and a Roland Juno 106 - both early/mid 1980's.

My primary bass is a G&L L1000 - probably early 80's era.   My second bass is a Gibson Grabber - from the 1970's.  Also have a Fender fretless jazz... but it's early 2000's era and a pretty much brand new Jaguar guitar.

I have a Gretsch solid body electric that I think is 1959... but it's beat up banged up used and abused pawn shop fodder.  It's likely to get sold at some point.  Something I almost never do.

My synthesizers.com analog modular is newly built (around 2005) - but is based on much older synth designs...

Effects - I have a Korg SDD-1200 dual digital dleay from around '97/'88 ish  - I've owned it that long also.

oldest piece of software?
hard to say, but as soundhack is turning 22 this year, I think that's it.

oldest working computer/OS?
ibook from around 2001-02, OS 10.2
hardly use it, but there are a few things on there, that I for different reasons never upgraded on my main laptop.

oldest piece of (electronic) hardware?
first generation mbox also from 2001

oldest musical instrument?
my upright bass from Germany, ca 1880.

I sometimes use my Amiga but the last track I did with Protracker was Monoball on
http://www.brocoli.org/release/minizza-music-for-girls

I still use my electric guitar I bought when I was 16 - in 1991 (sic!) and my MIDI keyboard (but some keys are not working anymore, I should change it)

Makes me think I should use my old Sound Canvas SC-55 again !

Software wise, I switched from Samplitude to Reaper, but still use Ableton Live 5 and Jeskola Buzz.

cooledit that's about 12 years old.
I have a beaten up classical guitar that I was given in the 80s.
I also have a few old digital format machines DAT and DCC they're about 17 years old now.

I have a very old (like 100 years old) banjo from Brighton (GB), sounds pretty interesting :D
