there are only a few drops left in my liitle bottle of Hudson Baby Bourbon that i picked up last time i was in beacon, ny.
great small batch single grain and the first legal pot-distilled whiskey made in new york since prohibition.
now i just wish i could find more of it in portland.

yeah I really love the Tuthilltown whiskeys.  Their ryes are great too.  cute lil bottle.  I hope they'll start aging their batches a little longer..it's tasty stuff but still young when it hits the bottle.

I think they had distro in the SF/Oakland area but you may have to dig for it around Portland - you can probably just hit up their website and see if they have distro in the NW.  or you have a trip to SF or NYC to make.  could be worse.

they have a great little selection.. right now in the house we have the remainder of the Baby Bourbon, and for xmas my wife got me a bottle of the Single Malt.. which i haven't tried yet..

I only have half a bottle of Woodford Reserve bourbon left in the house at the moment. I should remedy that situation soon.

here's the website for the hudson baby bourbons

http://tuthilltown.com/

i might say, the design of the bottles and labels is fantastic.. it's what drew me in to them in the first place.

I don't even drink whiskey, really...but looking through their website, I'm very tempted to track some Thuthilltown down!
