Radiohead - King of Limbs (Live from the Basement)

So much better than the album itself. These interpretations of the King of Limbs songs are filling what was missing on the album, a solid body. They added an extra drummer (Clive Deamer of Portishead, Robert Plant, etc.) and horns. Bloom was my favorite on the album and the live version blows it all. The two extra songs are very good too.

Love this album - so immersive but with almost no details on the CD cover or disk itself.  Seems to be a huge mystery, thank goodness for the net, I've finally found out what and who.

it's funny how these associations work.  I've always felt this was a "summer" album, too.  heck it was even released in February of 04, so I probably got some listening in during the winter months, too.
