Dustin O'Halloran - Lumiere = beautiful!

That's one where as soon as I heard the album preview on soundcloud I knew I wanted to get my hands on, just came into a few $ today so thanks for the reminder!

Bjerga / Iversen - (Go With The Flow) Like A Twig On The Shoulders On A Mighty Stream

Some kind of "best of" with music from several previous CD-R releases they had done.
Really love their "lo-fi drone" music.

oh hey, same here!  i like fluxion's recent stuff, but would give anything to hear more of his vibrant forms-era style.  super deep!

It's crazy to think that some of those tracks are 15+ years old. Didn't realise Fluxion was making recordings again.

Have you heard any of Scuba's recent music? "Klinik"....honestly, it is such an incredible track.

yeah fluxion has been pretty active lately, though his current sound is a lot cleaner than the chain reaction days.  i heard an online rumour that he had a bunch of stuff in the same style as vibrant forms, and was considering releasing a third volume.

i quite like scuba, kinda mashing up dubstep and techno.  he also has another alias, SCB, which leans much further toward the techno side of things.

Ahh, you got the book huh? Looks pretty nice (I have the Type cd edition)

Wonder how much the complete set in the wooden box costs? :o looks amazing!

Today:
Tasogare: Live in Tokyo, just got my copy- awesome as expected given the performers
Dustin O'Halloran - Lumiere = beautiful!

yeah, the book is beautiful - more like my idea of pyschogeography than the retro/radiophonic stylings some media outlets advocate as being the 'correct' result. and it's really nice that he customised the CD for me - it's my copy from him, which is a nice touch.

I'm sure the boxed set would be lovely...
