My favorite Broderick album is still 'Docile', a short solo piano album on Kning Disk. Absolutely fantastic.

Now listening:
Andreas Bick 'Fire and Frost Pattern' (Gruenrekorder)

The local record store just had the Broderick & Machinefabrik, on LP. But I want it on my Ipod so I'd prefer CD for that one. But I could not decide whether to order it on CD or go for the LP, so I skipped it, and bought other stuff (playing now):

I wish I had it on LP, but got it on CD (as promo) and to buy everything on LP that I also have as CD seems a bit silly too me.



Now listening to Elephant Micah - Hindu Windmills (Time-Lag Records, 2008)
Saw him play live a few weeks ago and finally was able to get me some cd's by him. Sadly no vinyl, but better this than nothing.
Last few days this cd has been on quite a bit. Lovely singer/songwriter stuff.

Broderick with Machinefabrik is a great release, i really enjoy it every time and i would recomend almost every release of Peter Broderick except his latest album, i guess it's not for me... Also i really like Efterklang a band that Peter Broderick is a part - time and live member and their latest album is one of the best releases of this year.

right now,
some shoegaze classics like
My Bloody Valentine - Loveless
Slowdive - Souvlaki   

feel free to recommend more shoegaze albums..
