really stripped down super simple melancholy pop songs.  makes me feel like it is summer even though it's gray and rainy outside.

this is a fantastic album.  been listening to it since it leaked.  then I bought it.  still listening.  easy best of 2010.

yes, it is in my best list for sure.  it is a really such a refined album. leaps and bounds above their first two records just from the pure reductionist approach alone.

yeah not sure what that's about. you could have 192k playing through that cheap little speaker and it would sound grungey as hell. nice loops on this one. they're a lot longer so it feels less like a bunch of loops repeating...
