Minamo,
Ooh, need to order this- thanks for reminding me!

very excited for this one.

On first listen, it was excellent...though I must confess I was doing 8 other things while it was playing. Regardless, I'm a huge Minamo fan, so I'm thrilled to see a new long-player from them out on 12k.

About to throw on some Stars Of The Lid and get myself to bed!

One of my favorites!

Chihei Hatakeyama - Ghostly Garden (Own Records)
Got my advance copy and I must say that this is really beautiful, right up there with his best work. Also looking forward to his upcoming release on Home Normal. Great mastering job by Taylor as always!

Akira Kosemura - Polaroid Piano: Wow, why did I wait so long to hear this?

The Boats - Verbs are Not Enough: Great little remix ep by the artists themselves- they can do no wrong for me.

Celer - Engaged Touches

I confess that I received the mp3s from a critic friend of mine...but I don't know of anywhere selling it other than the label.

Yellow Swans, Going Places (Forthcoming on Type...really enjoying it so far. Fuzzed out noise jams with a real emphasis on melody.)
