I'm not specialy the beer type but I thought I'd mention this because it's about beer and it sure looks pretty good & minimalist:

Weird thing about getting older one notices, I had a few too many yesterday (don't recommend it, try at your own risk) and today my joints hurt unusually from the dehydration. wadda ya know...

anyway, for the beer adepts, St-Ambroise noire was had and Griffon Rousse.

$20 for a  6 pack of Bell's Hopslam but I don't care. Best beer on the Earth!

Alcohol by Volume:  10.0%
Original Gravity:  1.087
Shelf Life:  6 months
Dates Available:  Winter seasonal
Available Packages:  Bottle, draft

Starting with six different hop varietals added to the brew kettle & culminating with a massive dry-hop addition of Simcoe hops, Bell's Hopslam Ale possesses the most complex hopping schedule in the Bell's repertoire. Selected specifically because of their aromatic qualities, these Pacific Northwest varieties contribute a pungent blend of grapefruit, stone fruit, and floral notes. A generous malt bill and a solid dollop of honey provide just enough body to keep the balance in check, resulting in a remarkably drinkable rendition of the Double India Pale Ale style.

La Corne du Diable IPA

The texture of a Belgian pale ale with the extra hopsy taste of the IPA, very good.
