makes me think of this:
That was my first thought as well

It certainly looks awesome. Extremely tempting field-recording-wise.
While speaking of decaying industrial spaces, there used to be a pre-WW2, brick iron foundry in my hometown. Quite a complex with several buildings, old machinery, damp cellars, countless utility rooms. Abandoned and slowly falling apart as far as I can reach back. As kids, we used to sneak in there during summer vacation, organize Warhammer sessions and play all night long. Must have been around 1993. There were businessman who wanted to develop the area for years but since the place was considered a monument and fiercely protected by a local architectural conservator they couldn't touch it. My friend wanted to organize a noise festival there but two years ago they suddenly leveled it, placed a lousy supermarket there and the conservator build himself a new house... What a shame, the place was very unique. I sense Taylor would like it. I'm sure I have pictures of the place somewhere. Will post when I find them.
