oooops, sorry.
It opens but they are lots of error messages in the Max 5 window.
Well, I'll try again when I'm back home

oh yeah, Paul is a awesome. you can pull off extreme, astronomical stretches with it. a short clip can become 10 hours or days even. insane.

That is a good one, haven't used it too much lately, but it's definitely cool for stretching samples into epic drones.

thanks a lot mac! will be super useful for audiomulch & peak!

....not an vst, but a nice and small fft app called Mammut:

pd: drone-addicts will love the "multiply phase" function ;)

all right, let me add an audio toy then as well.

need a strom? need a swarm of bees? need bursts of lava in hell? or a gentle wind? meet Chaser.

Pauls Extreme Sound Stretch is just what I've been after. I just needed to do a bit of maths to work out the correct factor to stretch my audio file to the desired length. If you want to do this accurately, you have to do this:

Subtract twice the length of the window from the length of the original file. In other words, if you stretch a 1 second file of 44100 samples by a factor of 100 with a window size of 1024 samples, the resulting file is actually (44100 - (2 x 1024)) x 100 = 4205200 samples long (~95 seconds), rather than 4410000 samples (100 seconds).

A bit nerdy, I know, but useful I hope!

i have a "tons" plugins-effects-vsti... and i can not make anything interesting, at least it sounds ok. I have an incredible inner need to express myself through music. result (mostly at the end is frustration. :(

how much time you need for only one track?

do you processing every instrument?
