If you go back to the beginning of the blog its focus is urban exploring (DetroitBlog was of the first to do this) but as time goes on its focus becomes more about one-off business' and the people of Detroit. If you have any curiosity about Detroit, this is the site.
TIME magazine is even in on it. They have embedded a reporter (right around the block from me) for a year.
