hey stephen, yeah I spoke to the guys at impossible and they've said exactly the same thing .. unfortunately the film is hard to come by so I'm going to give the camera a miss I think. Ideally I'd prefer a Holgaroid, I know it's not pinhole but I have the holga camera already I just need to modify it with the instant polaroid back. The only problem is cost .. it's bloody expensive  :-\

OTHER MUSIC / Re: Mastering? ..

I totally agree with taylor that mastering is probably the most important part of the project prior to proper release. Casting another set of ears of the mix can address a weakness you may not have come across, regardless of whether it's pop or experimental you still want the best it can possibly be. It maintains the flow and consistency of the whole project and not individual tracks .. remember the album is a continuous journey throughout.

Cheers for the responses.

Hey Jimmy,

I still need some assistance with this the problem I have is I can't afford literally anything for a master (big problem I know) but it's only 23 minutes of audio ..

Cheers.

Hi,

This is a real cheeky one but would anybody be willing to listen over a few tracks of mine with a view to mastering (if needed) for an upcoming release. Its an EP four tracks but really don't have the funding to get a proper master done . . . if anyone knows anyone that would be willing to help I'm all ears.

Thanks,
R.

ACOUSTIC ELECTRIC / Re: Boss RC-20 XL Loop Station

Hey man, I'm just getting into the looper pedal territory having used only Ableton Live previously albeit an amazing platform for creating loops on the fly I just want to start composing outside the traditional DAW. I've just purchased an Electro Harmonix memory man w/hazarai and this may be the next purchase I think. Thanks for the reply :)

Hey,

Anyone had much luck with this loop pedal http://www.bosscorp.co.jp/products/en/RC-20XL/ I'm looking to add to my collection (although I've only just started) but would love to hear any suggestions and thoughts on it. If I remember rightly Cameron Webb (Seaworthy) uses this looper but not 100% sure? ..

Cheers.

ACOUSTIC ELECTRIC / Re: Good, Solid But Affordable Acoustic Guitar?...

Hey Michael thanks for replying, I've managed to find a Fender Electro-Acoustic for about $230 as well as an Electro Harmonix memory man w/Hazarai looper. I'm currently waiting for it to arrive within the next few weeks. I imagine for what I use it for it should be just fine. Have you had any experience with the hazarai looper or any looping devices for that matter?..

Cheers.

Now I'm relatively new to this idea so are there any specific brands of lap harp or any particular ones that I should look at or are they all pretty much the same?..
